IMAP Support Enabled for Email Plans

Now all Unlimited Email and Microsoft(R) Outlook(R) email plans support IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol). IMAP allows users to access email stored on a mail server from multiple computers and devices. This enables users to access email messages and files without transferring them between computers - IMAP is set up on the computer(s) from which email will be accessed.

Expanded Email for Hosting and WebSite Tonight®!

We are just about to start updating Shared Hosting and WebSite Tonight plans with new email storage limits that include more flexibility than ever. All customers, including those with free add-on plans, will have expanded storage limits AND they’ll be able to allot the storage space to the email accounts at their discretion.
The new storage limits will be:
Economy Shared Hosting: 100 email addreses with 100 MB total storage
Deluxe Shared Hosting: 500 email addresses with 500 MB total storage
Premium Shared Hosting: 1000 email addresses with 1 GB total storage
Economy WebSite Tonight: 1 email accounts and 100 MB email storage
Deluxe WebSite Tonight: 200 Email Accounts and 500 MB email storage
Premium WebSite Tonight: 400 Email Accounts and 1 GB email storage
You also won’t be restricted with the previous 10MB per address limit. Email users can set the storage per email address themselves in the Email Control Center. For example, Economy users can assign all 100MB to a singe address, or create 100 addresses with 1MB storage, or some variation between the two — the choice is now yours!
Upgrades should be complete for all users by mid-March, and we’ll be preparing an email announcement to let customers who are opted in to receive announcements about the new email features.

Express Email Marketing® customers: Upload your existing customer base without another opt-in

You wanted it; now you’ve got it! We just launched a huge product enhancement that lets you upload your existing customer base or newsletter list into Express Email Marketing without forcing a new opt-in procedure. Now, you can import your list (already in your database and opted-in to your marketing offers) simply by agreeing to three conditions within Express Email Marketing (1- I am a known sender, 2-I accept the bounce limit, 3-I will not send Spam). Here’s how it works:
- Agree to the conditions and import a new list.
- New subscribers are added as “Unverified.”
- Send a campaign to the new list. Mail sent to “Unverified” subscribers will be delivered in batches over a 48-hour period. If you receive an excessive amount of bounces, we suspend delivery.
- When the recipients open their email, status will be set to “Active” and bounce rules will no longer apply.
- In the Campaign Schedule page, customers are shown a count of subscribers who receive mail immediately (Active) vs. those where delivery is staggered over several hours (Unverified).
- All bounces are reported in the campaign bounce report.

If you use a Dream Whisper Hosting email plan and own a BlackBerry, we have some great news. Now you can receive messages automatically and send email from your device – messages will appear in your plan’s ‘Sent’ items. As your emails are read and deleted, your device and your email service synchronize to display the same messages.
But that’s not all! With the new Desktop Notifier, you get instant notifications on your computer when you receive new messages. You decide how often and how many notifications you wish to receive. Plus, with Preferred Sender, you can forget sifting through emails to find the most important messages. Now you decide the email addresses that get priority treatment. Messages from your preferred senders always display at the top of your message list.
